Business Solution :
- Setting up a business solution for the needs of the new project as well as the development of the existing project.
- Coordination with the customer to identify the needs of business solutions for the customer.
- Coordination with Project Management and related units to ensure the implementation of the project in accordance with the business plan agreed with the customer.
- Feasibility Analysis / feasibility analysis of investment, both in terms of financial, technology, resources according to business needs presented to the customer.
Account Management :
- Account management to maintain business continuity in a sustainable manner.
- Manage channel to increase market penetration
- Achieving revenue targets established by the company
Sales Plan, Sales Funnel :
- Sales planning according to each segment target.
- Updating sales funnel to control / acceleration of the movement of the sales funnel.
- Prospecting, Negotiation & Cross/Up Selling
- The management of the sales process for new business / new project ranging from prospecting, negotiation and cross selling if needed.
Qualification :
- Engineering / Management Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer graduates from best university in Indonesia with Minimum GPA 3.00
- Experience in selling
- Maximum of ages : 33 years
- Good looking

2. Officer Data Center
Job description :
- Monitoring and maintaining the network part and the infrastructure to support all contact center service goes well.
- Ensure the registration of all devices and tools related to the network and infrastructure can be monitored.
- Create and implement a periodic schedule maintenance of network devices and infrastructure.
- Follow up data center management and maintenance at each location data center
- Ensure the completion of incidents reported
Qualification :
- Techical Information graduates from best university with minimum GPA 3.00
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related fields is required
- Fluent in English
- Willing overtime and the service beyond the city
- Willing to follow the selection process in Jakarta
- Maximum of ages : 28 Years
3. Senior Officer Service Operation IT
Job Description :
- Operational control of the infrastructure (network and systems) to support the entire service / project in the contact center services throughout Indonesia can run well.

- Help resolve operational disruption of infrastructure services / project in the contact center services throughout Indonesia
Qualification :
